My clients include local homeowners as well as out-of-state buyers moving from places like California, Florida, Texas, and Vermont. I understand that relocating is about more than just finding a house—it’s about making sure every part of the move works together.
A lot of times, the biggest challenge is not just the home search itself, but coordinating everything on both ends. I help make that easier by communicating with other agents, staying organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. I know how to work with people, cooperate with other professionals, and keep the process moving in the right direction.
I recently helped connect a client in Vermont with a trusted agent there so she could sell her home while I help her prepare for her move here to East Tennessee. That kind of coordination matters, and it’s one of the ways I help make long-distance moves feel less stressful and more manageable.

Personal Story & Motivation
My son Bryson is my greatest motivation. He has changed my life in the best way and inspires me to be a better person every day. He has taught me patience, how to truly listen, and how to understand what people need beyond what they’re saying. Those lessons shape the way I work with my clients.
Bryson enjoys fishing and playing basketball, and watching him grow reminds me daily that home is more than a place—it’s where life happens, memories are made, and families grow together.
Family, Resilience & Rescue Animals
My life is also shared with two very special rescue animals.
My Beagle, Bella, came into my life after the loss of my husband, Jeff, and brought comfort during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. My rescue cat, Perry, was once living on the streets and took nearly a year to trust me. Today, he’s the comedian of our home, always reaching out his paw when he wants attention.
These experiences have shaped how I work with clients. I know trust is earned, communication matters, and people need someone who will stay steady, dependable, and present throughout the process.
